The Oregon Prescription Drug Monitoring Program is a new program to help health care providers and pharmacists provide patients better care in managing their prescriptions. The program was started to help people work with their health care providers and pharmacists to know what medications are best for them. Pharmacies will contribute data to the program on certain prescription drugs dispensed to patients. The information will support the appropriate use of prescribed medications.
Should you, as a patient, need additional information, please contact the program by phone at 971-673-0741 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
